Returns & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in line with applicable consumer protection regulations in the UAE.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, personal-use items such as bedding sets, towels, bathrobes, and bath mats are not eligible for return or refund once opened or used, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or delivery errors.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
