It is returned in its original packaging
It includes all accessories, tags, and promotional items (if any)

3. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or delivery errors:

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable regulations (such as replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable).
5. Refund Process
Once a return is approved and the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or our error (such as an incorrect item sent), return shipping costs will be covered by us where applicable.
