1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in line with applicable consumer protection regulations in the UAE.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
It is returned in its original packaging
It includes all accessories, tags, and promotional items (if any)
Proof of purchase is provided (order number or invoice)
3. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or delivery errors:
Bedding sets (duvet covers, bed sheets, pillowcases)
Bedspreads and quilts
Towels
Bathrobes
Bath mats / rugs
These items are considered personal-use and hygiene-sensitive products.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as evidence. We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable regulations (such as replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable).
5. Refund Process
Once a return is approved and the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or our error (such as an incorrect item sent), return shipping costs will be covered by us where applicable. For voluntary returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
